Frances Lynn Designs

I am Frances Lynn Designs. I hand make flowers using chiffon, organza, tulle and other types of fabric. The flowers can be worn as hair clips, attached to headbands or clothing. I have even used then to decorate gifts. Another product I will be showcasing, are hand decorated tote bags. I use my flowers, chains, charms and always add a fun quote to each tote. Customers will be able to choose from a variety of charms, including frames, to add to their tote.
